Marc draws his inspiration from the market or country walks and creates cooking that is both subtle and elegant, inventive and tasty, contemporary and gourmet. Cooking much appreciated by both a local clientele of regulars as well as passing guests.
The menu is varied and generous without being over the top, a guarantee of quality and freshness. It is delicately accompanied by the best carefully selected wines, including excellent local productions such as the Domaine de Muzy, consumed at the Elysée!
